The book is in a complete set of three Volumes. 1884, 1884 and 1887 by W.T Greene. First editions. Small 4to hardbacks in first issue blind-stamped aquamarine cloth, gilt with gilt parrot on leafy branch to upper boards 27 coloured plates by Benjamin Fawcett drawn by A. F. Lydon to each volume, 81 in total. Prelims foxed to all volumes. Front inner hinge visible to vol. 1 but sound. Generally a clean and sound set. The coloured plates were produced by the chromoxylograph technique and were enhanced by hand-colouring and some heightened with the use of gum arabic.
